Confidential Shredding

With identity theft and business espionage on the increase, many companies have come to find our secure confidential waste service a must. At Taylors we offer a range of three options which guarantee peace of mind with every step.

Once all documents have been securely destroyed onsite, we will provide you with a certificate of destruction and a Duty of Care notice, both showing the quantity of material shredded.

As part of this package we:

• Supply red opaque liners and tie wraps
• Supply secure cabinets
• Empty secure cabinets as required

Some companies opt for the deep burial option which is often favoured for large volumes of confidential material. Here at Taylors, we can supply a container which is then taken to our landfill at Easter Hatton (near Balmedie, Aberdeenshire). Waste is then weighed on our weighbridge before being sent for deep burial.

You will then be supplied with a Weight Ticket, Certificate of Deep Burial and a Duty of Care Note, giving you that ‘cradle to grave’ sense of satisfactory destruction.

The third option for destruction of confidential waste is our incineration option. Taylors can provide a suitably sized container to our customers who require large quantities of confidential material to be destroyed via incineration. A fully auditable ‘Cradle to Grave’ trail is given from delivery of container to the issue of certificate from the incineration plant.
