Our Staff

We employ over 120 personnel in the North East of Scotland, and it is this dedicated team that assist in performing our wide scope of waste management services and assist our clients by providing solutions and options to meet and exceed their requirements, with customer satisfaction being one of our core principals.

All the services provided are run via our Operations Office, based in Altens, it is here our Operations Team and Support Staff will do there up most to service client requirements with efficiency, whilst providing a safe, environmentally friendly and reliable service.

As a family owned company we aim to consistently exceed our customer expectations and demonstrate best practise therefore all staff are specifically trained and competent in the tasks they are assigned and all staff have operational support from supervisors or line managers whom report directly to Directors, this ensures a fast response to decision making, ensuring we provide the most reliable, proactive and safe waste management services to our clients.

Our employees are fundamental in making us the successful company we are today and we employ many experienced staff and industry professionals to ensure all services provided are to the highest of standards and conform to applicable legislation. It is our forward thinking ethos and committed employees that will assist in driving us forward into the future, improving and expanding on the services we provide, this will ensure that all clients are being offered the most up-to-date services which in turn will assist clients in meeting their responsibilities in improving performance with regard to their own waste management issues. 

Many of our employees, both Operational and Administrative, have been with us for many years and have developed close working relationships with our clients.  It is always our aim, as a family company, to have a ‘first name’ and approachable relationship, this familiarity has helped us to form cherished relationships with our clients and their employees, we like to think of our clients as extended family and as such aim to please all concerned.
